Thank you for purchasing a Template Kit! We’re happy to support you and answer any questions about the setup and import of our Template Kits. We aim to respond within two business days, Monday through Friday. Kindly note there may be a delay over weekends/holidays.

Before submitting your support request:

Check out our FAQ’s to see if your question has already been addressed.
Clear your cache if changes aren’t visible on your site after saving edits and customizations.
Update WordPress, Plugins, and the Hello Theme if they need to be updated. An older version could be the source of your problem.
Check your plugins and rule out any conflicts that could be the source of your problem.
